The Tanzania Mission Committee of St. Peter's Lutheran Church invites the community to its 15th annual Cookie Walk on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 9 a.m. to noon or until cookies are sold out. The event will be held in the Family Life Center at the church, 10 Delp Road, Lancaster.

Separate fees have been set for small containers and for large containers, which attendees may fill with a variety of homemade holiday cookies baked by members of the congregation. Proceeds from the Cookie Walk will provide education and care for the orphans of Busoka Lutheran Church, St. Peter's companion congregation in Tanzania.

The community is also invited to St. Peter's Christmas Eve services on Saturday, Dec. 24; there will be a family service outdoors at 2 p.m., family services indoors at 3:30 and 5 p.m., and traditional services indoors at 7:30 and 9 p.m.
