Conservancy Plans Pollinator Program

Manada Conservancy will present an online program on "The Pollinator Victory Garden" on Thursday, April 21, at 8 p.m. Participants will learn how to win the war on pollinator decline from Kim Eierman, environmental horticulturist and ecological landscape designer specializing in native plants and founder of EcoBeneficial LLC.

Eierman will discuss how residents can use simple strategies to attract and support bees and other pollinators. She will also share how to create one's own pollinator victory garden.

Eierman is the author of "The Pollinator Victory Garden: Win the War on Pollinator Decline with Ecological Gardening." Autographed copies of her book are available for purchase from Manada Conservancy. Purchased copies may be picked up at the conservancy's Native Plant Sale on Saturday, May 7, or by contacting office@manada.org to arrange pickup.
