On July 10, the church's former pastor, Rick Rimert, will serve as song leader for a hymn sing. An auction of donated items will occur on July 17 featuring Ted Maurer, an auctioneer known throughout the country. On July 24, Tawny Smay Bernhardt, who has a connection to Conestoga UMC, will share her journey from her teenage years to ordained ministry.

On Sundays, Conestoga UMC holds a worship service at 10:40 a.m., with nursery care provided, and Sunday school for children and adults begins at 9:15 a.m. The choir is looking for new members.

The Wednesday night Bible study will restart after Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2, as will the free community meals served on the third Thursday of every month. An average of more than 120 meals are distributed each month. The church also hosts monthly Girl Scout troop meetings and prayer shawl ministry meetings. The prayer shawls are blessed and donated whenever they are needed. Recently, 10 shawls were given to Calvary Homes.
