Community Outgrown Sale planned

St. Paul's Lutheran, 80 E. Main St., Adamstown, will hold its 73rd semiannual Community Outgrown Exchange on Thursday, Sept. 26, from 5 to 8 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and Saturday, Sept. 28, from 8 a.m. to noon. Everyone is welcome.

The free event will offer clothing for people of all ages, shoes, coats, linens, toys, games, books, puzzles, and purses. The number of children's items available to each shopper may be limited.

The church will accept donations of clean items for the event on Monday, Sept. 23; Wednesday, Sept. 25; and Sept. 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., as well as during the sale hours on Sept. 26. Individuals do not need to donate items in order to take items during the Community Outgrown Exchange. No charitable donation forms will be available.

No household items, televisions, VHS tapes, furniture, car seats, computers, copiers, or other electronics will be accepted. Leftover items will be donated to various charities.

No public restrooms will be available.
