Club Plans Community Outreach Day
The Lower Swatara Lions Club will hold a Community Outreach Day on Saturday, July 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held at the Lions Club Building at Shopes Gardens, 2 Theodore Ave., Middletown.
Many community businesses and organizations will be represented at the outreach, such as Hetrick Center, Accel Massage, Lower Swatara Police, LuLaRoe by Amy, For Hannah's Sake, Dauphin County COVID Vaccine Clinic, Bev and Carol's Dip Stand, Fist Karate, and Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank. Food will be available for purchase, and all profits will be donated to the Midwest Food Bank of Lower Swatara.
The Lower Swatara Lions Club has been serving the Lower Swatara and Middletown communities since 1974 and is part of Lions Clubs International.
