This summer, the Apostles Academy of Arts and Sciences at Church of the Apostles United Church of Christ in Rohrerstown will present a series of concerts at the Rader Park pavilion, 1899 Apostles Way, Lancaster.

The first event will be a performance by guitarist Dave Pedrick and multi-instrumentalist Ken Gehret, who will present a concert of Irish music on Sunday, June 11, at 3 p.m.

Local jazz ensemble Swing Street will perform classic swing-based jazz on Saturday, July 8, at 6:30 p.m.

The final concert will feature Church of the Apostles' own guitarist and vocalist Abe Breslin, who will perform classic rock and popular hits in an acoustic format on Sunday, Aug. 13, at 3 p.m.

In the event of inclement weather, the concerts will be held in the sanctuary. A freewill offering will be received in lieu of tickets for the concerts. For more information, visit http://www.apostlesucc.org.
