Lancaster Church of the Brethren, 1601 Sunset Ave., Lancaster, will present its winter semester of Wednesday Night Live from Jan. 14 to March 18. Each week will include a meal by donation at 5:30 p.m., followed by activities for children and youths and an adult class in the church's chapel at 6:30 p.m.

In the adult class, Lesley Huff will lead a series on "Bridging the Divide: Skills for Better Conversations." The course will explore ways to engage in civil conversations and understand the information reinforcing certain perspectives and the importance of different ideas.

Huff is a licensed psychologist and has served on the faculty of Millersville University since 2023.
