Children's Choir Seeks Members

On Monday, Jan. 24, the Grandview Sings! Community Children's Choir will begin a new session with membership open to all local children in grades one through five. The choir meets on Mondays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Grandview Church, 888 Pleasure Road, Lancaster. The registration deadline is Monday, Jan. 10.

The choir sings sacred and secular music from various traditions and performs in public concerts at the church and in the community. Singers do not need to be affiliated with the church to participate in the community choir. Allan Dutton and Mark Wagner, both retired public school music teachers, direct and accompany the choir.

Throughout the choir season, recommendations of the national choral community, local schools, and the CDC will be monitored. Each choir member will be given a mask designed specifically for young singers.

New singers may contact Grandview Church at 717-394-6887 for more information or visit http://www.grandviewlancaster.org. To learn more, contact Mark Wagner at mark@grandviewlancaster.org.
