Reading Education Assistance Dogs will be present for the Thunder on the River car show on Saturday, June 17. The dogs will be stationed under a canopy on the lawn next to the Columbia Public Library, 24 S. Sixth St., Columbia, from 9 to 11 a.m., weather permitting.

The library will provide books for children to read to canines Jager, Dillon, Ronnie and Holly.
