The Lancaster Chamber has announced its 2021 Business Award winners. The awards recognize celebrate Lancaster business and community leaders who have invested time, energy, and resources into creating a better economic and thriving community for everyone.

The honorees will be recognized at the Chamber's 149th annual Dinner Experience on Wednesday, Sept. 22, at the Barnstormers' stadium, 650 N. Prince St., Lancaster. The event will include a message from organizational psychologist and TED speaker Adam Grant, live music, and networking.

The Entrepreneur of the Year award will be presented to Ryan Smoker and Ryan Martin, founding partners at Infantree. Andrea Shirk, president and CEO of Rock Lititz, will receive the Athena Award, and Jan Bergen, former president and CEO of Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, will receive the Exemplar Award. The Small Businessperson of the Year accolade will go to Ron Weaver, owner and president of Weaver Associates.
