The Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) recently celebrated a pair of team members who have contributed a combined 40 years of service. Kathy Field is retiring after her efforts for the organization since 2001, including managing CCEDC's signature events and fundraising. Also retiring is John Buckheit, who has served as CCEDC's chief financial officer since 2005.

Both were congratulated by CCEDC's staff, CCEDC president and CEO Gary Smith and chief operating officer Mike Grigalonis at a celebration in Downingtown.
