Cavod has posted auditions for two musical theater camps this summer. The camps will allow students ages 10 to 18 to develop their theater skills through master classes from professionals. The final production will feature professional costumes, lighting, and music.

Participants should bring a headshot, a resume, and sheet music to their audition. They should prepare a one-minute monologue and 16 to 32 bars of a song.

Auditions for an "Into the Woods Jr." camp will be held at Cavod Theatre on Friday, June 25, from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. A read-through and costume fitting will take place at the theater on Saturday, June 26, from 9 a.m. to noon. The camp will take place at Cavod Theatre, 641 West Main St., New Holland, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday to Friday, July 12 to 16, and Monday to Thursday, July 19 to 22, and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 23. Auditions for a "Singin' in the Rain" camp will be held at Cavod Theatre on Friday, July 2, from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. Participants should dress comfortably for movement. A read-through and costume fitting will take place at Cavod Theatre on Saturday, July 3, from 9 a.m. to noon. The camp will take place at The Junction Center, 1875 Junction Road, Manheim, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday to Friday, Aug. 2 to 6, and Monday to Thursday, Aug. 9 to 12, and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 13.
