As part of its 10th anniversary celebration in November, the Read Moore Book Store will offer a special promotion on children's books. All regular priced children's books will be available by the bag for a set price.

The bookstore is located on the lower level of the Moores Memorial Library, 9 W. Slokom Ave., Christiana, and is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 4 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon. All proceeds from sales go directly to the library's operating fund to help support library programs, such as Lego Club, Family Movie Night, and the Summer Reading Program.

Operated entirely by volunteers, the store offers books in many genres, and volunteers recently expanded the fiction section. A large collection of DVDs is also available.
