The Colerain Alumni Association will hold its annual meeting and banquet on Saturday, April 29, at the Bart Township Fire Company, 11 Furnace Road, Quarryville. The reunion is open to anyone who attended Colerain schools and graduated from Colerain or Solanco High School.
The Colerain Alumni Association is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. The organization was established as a means for graduates of what was then Colerain High School to get together for reunions. 2023 will be the 98th meeting, as reunions were not held in 1943 due to World War II and during COVID. The 50-year class is honored at each gathering, so the Class of 1973 will be recognized this year.
