Free prekindergarten openings for income-eligible children ages 3 and 4 are available for the 2024-25 school year at the Owl Hill Learning Academy in Lititz.

The Pennsylvania Keystone Star 4 program at Owl Hill Learning Academy is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education Bureau of Private Academic Schools to offer full-day prekindergarten to state-sponsored subsidized and tuition-based families in need of early care and education.

The Owl Hill Learning Academy, located at 506 Owl Hill Road, Lititz, is able to enroll children from all surrounding school districts, including Warwick, Manheim Central, Ephrata, Conestoga Valley and Manheim Township.
