AACA Museum Sets Annual Festival

The Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Museum will host Autos and Ales on Friday, Nov. 4, from 6 to 10 p.m. Now in its 12th year, the annual event is one of central Pennsylvania's oldest indoor craft beer festivals. The festivities will take place on the three-floor galleries of the award-winning Smithsonian Affiliate transportation museum.

The event will feature 50 breweries from across Pennsylvania and beyond, including many first-time participants; most participating businesses will offer multiple products for sampling. Autos and Ales will also include live music by Smooth Like Clyde and food prepared by C&J Catering. Each participant will receive a commemorative pint glass.

In addition to attending the event, those who purchase VIP tickets may attend a gathering from 6 to 7 p.m. featuring the debut of the 2022 event's signature beverage, Merlette Swan, a Schwarzbier from Englewood Brewing of Hershey. The name is based on the swans found on the traditional Cadillac crest.

The event is a fundraiser for the museum, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational institution. It also includes a giveaway drawing to support the JDRF. Each participating brewery is asked to provide something for the drawing.
