The Friends of the Moores Memorial Library, 9 W. Slokom Ave., Christiana, will host a book sale and holiday yard sale on Thursday, Nov. 11, from 1 to 7 p.m.; on Friday, Nov. 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 8 a.m. to noon. The sale will take place in the lower level book store at the library.

Thousands of gently used books, DVDs, puzzles, and other items will be offered for sale. A variety of Christmas items will also be displayed for purchase.

Admission is free. Proceeds will benefit library programs.
