The Building Industry Association of Lancaster County (BIA) announced the annual virtual and in-person Parade of Homes, beginning on Saturday, June 12. The Lancaster/Lebanon Parade of Homes is a free public event that opens some of the area's new homes for touring both in-person and virtually.

This year's parade features 18 single-family homes, townhomes/duplexes, and remodeling projects from 11 different builders, ranging in price from $249,990 to over $1 million.

Individual can visit 14 of the 18 homes in person and/or all the homes virtually utilizing 3D technology that provides a room-by-room view of the innovative designs and details in each home. The Parade of Homes app is an additional feature and is available at the app store by entering ParadeSmart and selecting Lancaster/Lebanon Parade of Homes.
