Seniors Pledge To Play College Sports

On Feb. 5, nine Lampeter-Strasburg High School student-athletes pledged to play sports at the collegiate level at the second Commitment Day ceremony of the 2020-21 school year. They join the 10 seniors who participated in the November ceremony in representing the Pioneers in the NCAA.

The student-athletes honored in the recent ceremony are Emma Drouillard, Lancaster Bible College, basketball; Nathan Eberly, Salisbury University, cross-country and track; Ian Herr, Widener University, football; Sean McTaggart, East Stroudsburg University, football; Conner Nolt, Belmont Abbey College, lacrosse; Parker Owens, Carnegie Mellon University, football; Jake Scranton, Gettysburg College, football; Zac Shelley, Millersville University, football; and Ashton Spahr, Widener University, football.
