The 15th annual Back-to-School Event sponsored by Reps. Nikki Rivera and Ismail Smith-Wade-El will be held from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9. It will take place at Penn Medicine Park, 650 N. Prince St., Lancaster.

The event is open to students in kindergarten through eighth grade who live in the Lancaster, Manheim Township, Hempfield, and Penn Manor school districts. At the event, children may receive a free haircut and enjoy music, food, games, and community activities. Information about state programs and services for children will be available.
