Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of Lancaster County will offer programs for children ages 5 to 12 this summer at locations throughout Lancaster County. All programs are free of charge.

Among the activities will be 5-Day Club, a program held daily for five consecutive days. It includes a Bible lesson, a missionary story, songs, Scripture memorization, and games. Water's Edge Ministries will host a 5-Day Club at Mummau Park, on Chestnut Street in Manheim, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday, July 6 to 10. Clubs will also be available from Monday to Friday, July 13 to 17, at Landisville Camp Meeting, 201 Church St., Landisville, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and from Monday to Friday, July 20 to 24, at CrossNet Ministries, 110 W. Franklin St., New Holland, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

CEF will also offer 3-Day Club, which has the same content as 5-Day Club. Refton Brethren in Christ, 110 Church St., Refton, will host a 3-Day Club from Monday to Wednesday, July 20 to 22, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Vacation Bible school is similar to a 5-Day Club with time added to allow for a craft. Crossings Community Church, Manheim, will host a CEF Bible school from Tuesday to Saturday, July 28 to Aug. 1, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

In addition, Camp Good News will be held at Grace Baptist Church of Lancaster, 1899 Marietta Ave., Lancaster, from July 6 to 10 and at Proclamation Presbyterian Church, 81 E. Main St., Mount Joy, from July 13 to 17. Both programs will run from 9 a.m. to noon. Camp Good News provides Bible lessons, mission stories, Scripture memorization, crafts, songs, and games. Families may attend a short program on Friday, exhibiting what the children have learned throughout the week.

The summer schedule also includes Soccer Party Club, a 90-minute club that meets for one day and offers soccer-themed games, a Bible verse, songs, and a lesson. Locations and dates can be found at http://www.ceflancaster.org.
