Mount Joy Rotary Honors Students of the Month

The Donegal High School Counseling Office and Career Resource Center has announced that the Mount Joy Rotary Students of the Month for April are Abigail Waldron and Benjamin Good. Students of the Month are honored during the Rotary Club's monthly luncheon meeting.

Abigail is the daughter of Joni Waldron of Mount Joy. She serves as the president of the Tri-M Music Honor Society and vice president of the Marching Band. She is an active member of the Donegal Performing Arts, Science Olympiad, Math Honor Society, Jazz Band, and Audio Visual Club. In addition, Abigail contributes to her school community as a Peer Tutor and Link Crew leader.

Outside of school, Abigail enjoys supporting other school districts with sound and technology needs.

After graduation, Abigail plans to attend college and major in engineering or architecture. She also plans to double minor in Mandarin and mathematics.

Benjamin Good is the son of Donald and Jessica Good of Mount Joy. He is an active member of the Student Council, National Honor Society, Mini-THON, and Ski Club. He has also participated on the cross-country and tennis teams.

Outside of school, Benjamin attends and volunteers as a tech booth operator at Trinity Lutheran Church. He also enjoys participating in service project trips and leadership training camps through his church. In his free time, he volunteers in the art department at Donegal Primary School.

After graduation, Benjamin plans to attend college to earn a bachelor's degree in construction management.
