Chorus to host spaghetti dinner

The Hershey Community Chorus will host its spring spaghetti dinner on Wednesday, April 9, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 359 W. Areba Ave., Hershey. Cabaret-style entertainment will be featured throughout the event, such as vocal performances and instrumental pieces prepared by the members of the chorus.

The fee for the meal includes spaghetti and meatballs, a fresh salad, and a dinner roll. Desserts provided by chorus members will be available for a donation. Those who preorder will be guaranteed a meal. Walk-ins will be accepted while supplies last.

To preorder by Saturday, April 5, speak to a chorus member or email info@hersheycommunitychorus.org and specify takeout or dine-in. Payment with cash or check will be accepted at the time of pickup.

The chorus rehearses on Mondays from 7 to 9 p.m. under the direction of Matt Dickinson with Karen Kline as the accompanist. No auditions are needed.

The season will culminate with the spring concerts held on Friday, May 2, at 7 p.m. at the Hershey Story museum, 63 W Chocolate Ave., Hershey, and Sunday, May 4, at 7 p.m. at the Hershey Free Church, 330 Hilltop Road, Hummelstown.
