4-H horse and pony club sets meeting

The Penn State Extension Lancaster 4-H Spinnin' Spurs Horse and Pony Club will hold an in-person, reorganizational meeting on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, at Listrak, 100 W. Millport Road, Lititz.

The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. and is intended for prospective new members and returning members ages 8 to 18 as of Jan. 1. Parents of first-time members are encouraged to attend this meeting.

Owning a horse is not required to be a 4-H horse club member. 4-H horse clubs provide educational opportunities but do not provide horses or riding lessons. Children ages 5 to 7 as of Jan. 1 will follow a Cloverbud curriculum.
