Boehm's UMC Fall Festival was previously known as our Apple Festival, going by the Fall Festival title for the first time last year. The festival is held on October 12, this year, from 9am-2pm on the church grounds which is located at 13 W. Boehms Rd., Willow Street, PA 17584. Vendors of all kinds will be present from crafts and home decor to homemade soaps. Boehm's annual bake sale includes baked goods made by members of the congregation and will include treats like cheesecake, apple dumplings, cakes, baked breads, and more. All proceeds from the bake sale will go to the church. Apple butter will be made at the Boehm's Chapel by the Boehm's Chapel Society All proceeds from apple butter sales will go to the Boehm's Chapel Society.
Food will be available for purchase in the Fellowship Hall. There will be hot dogs, sauerkraut, beef barbecue (sloppy joe sandwiches), chips, homemade apple ice cream by D'Ann Ressler, and homemade lumpia (Filipino egg rolls) by Lhen Knicely. Drinks from Swiss Farms and apple cider from Kauffman's Orchards will also be available for purchase.
For family fun, we have games such as pumpkin relay, fall bingo, and bobbing for apples.
In addition, we have face painting from 11am-1pm and from 1pm-2pm, guests can meet Lancaster Stormers' own Cylo!
