Warwick Released Time Opens Registration

Warwick Released Time (WRT) is celebrating its 60th year of operation this school year. WRT is a Christ-centered ministry offered to all third- and fourth-graders in the Warwick School District.

The program currently has classes for students who are released from school for one hour a week during their lunch time. Third-graders study Old Testament stories along with God's characteristics. Fourth-graders learn about Jesus' life and His ministry. Parental permission is required for this optional program.

Spring registration is now open for the 2026-27 school year. Those who have students who are currently in second or third grade at John Beck Elementary, J.R. Bonfield Elementary, Kissel Hill Elementary, or Lititz Elementary may register at http://www.warwickreleasedtime.org/registration. Those who are interested in teaching, assisting, or providing financial support may reach out through the aforementioned website.

WRT was started in 1965 and is permitted by the School Code of Pennsylvania for religious education. WRT partners with local churches and businesses to provide this free program to students.
