The annual Elizabethtown Fair kicked off on Aug. 18 and continued through Aug. 23 at the Elizabethtown Fairgrounds, 900 E. High St., Elizabethtown. Opening-day festivities of the fair, known as “An American Tradition,” included the fair queen competition. Additional competitions, entertainment, and other attractions delighted fair attendees throughout the week.
