B.R. Kreider & Son, an excavating, paving and site management company based in Manheim, recently promoted Doug Hottenstein to the position of director of technology.

As director of technology, Hottenstein will oversee the technical infrastructure of the company, ensuring that it is able to support the company's current needs and future growth.

A resident of Elizabethtown, Hottenstein joined B.R. Kreider & Son in 1998 as an operator's assistant and after multiple promotions, he was most recently named director of project management and information technology (IT).
