Homestead Village is now accepting reservations for the NEW Townstead apartments! The Townstead Apartments at are a fresh opportunity to experience connectivity, personal growth, and wellbeing in a beautiful small community-based setting. This momentous occasion marks the “more than halfway” point of proceeding with the building’s construction! A recent event, complete with a wall-breaking ceremony, and celebratory remarks from guests strengthened the bonds of friendship that are already forming between incoming residents, and marked the kick-off of phase 1 of the project!

Phase 1 of The Townstead expansion project is also in progress and will include beautiful renovations to the current campus apartments and village center. A new coffee shop, salon and spa, corridors, and lobby will totally refresh the existing 1800 Village Circle location. Additionally, a nearly 3,000 square foot expansion of Homestead Village’s Plow & Pineapple Café will feature a re-imagined and elevated dining experience for current and future residents
