The Leola United Methodist Church recently created a prayer garden that is open to the community. It is located next to the church at the rear of the parsonage, 11 W. Main St., Leola. The prayer garden has more than 200 plants and shrubs, many of which were donated by Creek Hill Nursery.

The dedication of the prayer garden will take place on Sunday, July 30, at 10 a.m. All are welcome to attend.

The prayer garden will be open every day for visitation, quiet reflection and enjoyment of the beauty of God's creation.
