Chamber Debuts Podcast

Do you want to know more about the businesses and organizations in Elizabethtown? Tune into Beyond the Chamber with Denise Grove, a new podcast offered by the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce. Each week, the podcast spotlights the people and places that make Elizabethtown unique.

The podcast launched on June 6 and is hosted by Grove, the Chamber executive director, with help from Daniel Fuller of Electronics Kinnect. "He suggested that a podcast would be a great idea for the community to get to know the businesses and organizations in our area," Grove said. "Daniel has all of the equipment and was willing to help make this happen."

Grove noted that the podcast is one of the benefits of Chamber membership, and it will feature any Chamber member who signs up to be interviewed. "The idea is to go beyond the Chamber to the heart of the business owner or organization so that those in the community can know them and support them," she explained. "If you are a member of the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce, what better way to expose your business or organization to the community?"

While the podcast offers exposure to the Chamber members it highlights, it also serves the people of Elizabethtown and the surrounding areas, Grove noted. "Listen and get to know the businesses and organizations in your local area," she said. "It's a great way to find out what is offered so that you can support local and help Elizabethtown continue to be a vibrant community."

The first episode of Beyond the Chamber with Denise Grove features Carissa Ressler, owner of Kairos Massage & Skincare. The podcast is available on the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook page, Spotify, iHeartRadio and Apple Podcasts. Chamber members are encouraged to sign up to be a part of the podcast.
