Lancaster County's mobile shower unit, Refresh Lancaster, will offer free weekly showers and medical care at CrossNet Ministries, 110 W. Franklin St., New Holland. Two private showers will accommodate families and children. Hygiene resources, clean towels, and toiletry kits will be available at no cost.
