LDFF Announces Grant Application Dates

Lower Dauphin Falcon Foundation (LDFF) recently announced its grant application dates for the 2021-22 school year. Grant applications are being sought from Lower Dauphin faculty, staff, students and community members who represent a broad range of ideas, applicants, students impacted and locations. Criteria for approval include consistency with LDFF's mission, the number of students impacted and the innovative aspects of the grant. During the past 13 years, the LDFF has funded 169 grants totaling more than $105,000.

Although funding requests are reviewed three times a year, it is suggested that requests be submitted by Tuesday, Oct. 26, for projects running from November 2021 through January 2022; Tuesday, Dec. 21, for projects from February 2022 through the end of the school year; and Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, for projects running over the summer through the start of the 2022-23 school year.

The mission of LDFF is to ensure the highest level of educational innovation supporting students, faculty and staff with community involvement in a partnership of lifetime learning. LDFF intends to ensure that Lower Dauphin will have a stable base of funding during challenging economic times and a long-term base of support to meet needs as they change over time.
