The Lower Swatara Lions Club will hold a drive-through, pickup-only spaghetti dinner on Saturday, March 20, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Lions building in Shopes Gardens at 2 Theodore Ave., Middletown. The menu will include spaghetti, meatballs, a salad, bread, dessert and a beverage.

Separate costs have been set for people age 12 and up and for children ages 4 to 11. Children age 3 and under may eat for free.
