McNees Wallace & Nurick has welcomed Madison Butler as a new associate. Butler works with the firm's Construction Group in the Lancaster office, assisting owners, contractors, and subcontractors in contract negotiations and disputes involving public and private projects. Her work includes purchase orders, contract terms, releases, and waivers.

Butler previously clerked with McNees' construction attorneys during the time she was earning her law degree from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. She also holds a bachelor's degree from Washington & Jefferson College.
