Advertiser Delivery Updates Beginning Sept. 2

Beginning Sept. 2, 2026, you may notice some changes in how your weekly community newspaper is delivered as we continue evolving our distribution methods to serve our communities effectively and responsibly.

Like many businesses, we continue to face rising postage costs and other changing expenses associated with producing and delivering our publications. To ensure we can continue providing our communities with the local news and information they value, we have made several thoughtful business decisions regarding how our newspapers are distributed. These changes will help us operate more efficiently while maintaining our longstanding commitment to the communities we serve.

Depending on your location, your newspaper may continue to arrive by mail or may be delivered directly to your driveway, but in some cases home delivery may be reduced or no longer available. Please note that our delivery drivers are not permitted to place newspapers in or access your mailbox. If your household is designated for carrier delivery, your newspaper will be delivered outside of the mailbox.

Because these delivery changes will not take effect until Sept. 2, we kindly ask that you wait until that date to contact our office with any questions or concerns regarding your delivery. This will allow the new distribution methods to take effect and help us provide you with the most accurate information about service in your area.

While delivery methods may vary, our commitment to keeping our communities informed remains unchanged. Readers will continue to receive the same trusted, high-quality local content they have come to expect from our publications each week. Our editorial teams will remain focused on sharing hyperlocal news, community events, school achievements, nonprofit initiatives, local business stories, sports, milestones, and the positive stories happening within both your hometown and surrounding communities.

No matter how you access your paper, we are committed to making our publications readily available. Every edition will continue to be accessible online at townlively.com, allowing readers to stay connected anytime and anywhere. Printed copies will also be available for pickup at our office and at convenient community locations throughout the region. A current list of pickup locations is available on our website and will be updated as additional locations are added.

If the distribution method in your area has changed and you would prefer to have the Advertiser delivered directly to your home, subscriptions are available for purchase. Please contact our office for subscription information or additional details regarding delivery and pickup options.

For generations, our mission has been to connect neighbors, celebrate local communities, and share the stories that matter most close to home. As the way we deliver those stories evolves, that commitment remains as strong as ever. These changes will help us continue serving our readers, supporting our communities, and keeping local information accessible for years to come.

We're proud to continue bringing you the local stories that matter - wherever you are.
