Fairmount will hold a free educational seminar called "Planning Your Next Chapter: A Comprehensive Guide to Aging Well, Selling Your Home, and Transitioning to Retirement Living" on Wednesday, July 8, at 1 p.m. in the Wheat Ridge Chapel at 333 Wheat Ridge Drive, Ephrata.

The seminar is designed for area seniors, as well as their adult children and caregivers. It will help individuals prepare for the next stage of life by providing practical guidance on aging well, future planning, and the transition to retirement living. Attendees will gain insights on a variety of topics, including organizing important documents, building the right support system, health and wellness for long-term independence, creating a trusted medical network, care planning and support, lifestyle and future planning, and selling a home and transitioning to retirement living.

The seminar will be presented in partnership with Furner Realty Group and Bellomo & Associates Life Care Planning Team, bringing together professionals with expertise in real estate, estate planning, elder law, and senior living.
